etouches wanted to sharpen its targeting and positioning, in order to support its new stage of development. Along with this, the company was looking for a way to increase reaches and its notoriety by hitting the right people while segmenting its contents. These two objectives have to satisfy a last one fixed by etouches: the process efficiency. Indeed, the company was first looking for simplicity of use with a performing, complete and customizable tool.
